Spectrum News 13 reported that Andrew James Williams was arrested for irregular behavior on Capitol grounds. A Florida firefighter and paramedic were arrested on Tuesday after being caught in footage shot during the failed uprising attempt in the US Capital last week.

Judging Williams, D.C. PEOPLE did not reach the US Attorney General’s Office immediately on Tuesday. It was not immediately clear whether Williams had legal representation or is currently entering a defense.
Williams was seen in photos and videos of the crowd violating the Capitol building on Wednesday, sending members of Congress under lockdown and interrupting the approval of the victory of Joe Biden, who was elected President.
Congress convened again hours after the Congress Building was cleared and completed the certification process.
In one photo, Williams stands under the sign of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Trump wore a hat and no protective cover on his face.
Sanford Mayor Art Woodruff said Williams was on administrative leave during the investigation.
“The City of Sanford is aware of the situation involving the Sanford Firefighter / Paramedic Andrew Williams,” Woodruff said in a statement posted on the fire department’s website. “We are currently following the investigation process. The administrative investigation will examine all aspects of the nature of the photograph and address any City policy and / or law violations that may arise during the investigation.”
Five people died in the riot, and the FBI sought help from the public in identifying those involved in the violence. Chief Yogananda Pittman said Monday that some US Capitol Police officers had been suspended for their behavior during the uprising, saying in videos and other sources that they “violated the Ministry’s regulations and policies.”
Law enforcement officials from the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation warned that the rebels who entered the US Capitol would be pursued and charged.
“It’s just a breach or if someone planted a pipe bomb in the Capitol, you will be charged and found,” US Attorney General Michael Sherwin, Deputy District of Columbia, said on Tuesday.
