Police arrested Andrew Teague’s son Saadiq Teague at 12:30 on Friday. After entering the Teague subway station, he put the AK-47 firearm on the ground. Officers from the New York Police Department questioned and arrested her at the police station. They also found a loaded magazine about the young adult.

He told the police that he had a license for the gun and that he was not aware that New York prohibited the open carriage of firearms, WCBS reported. The police said there were no signs of planning an attack. He neither threatened nor fired.

A friend confirmed that the 18-year-old was traveling from Ohio to New York. Police found marijuana, hookah, and gas mask in Saadiq Teague’s hand. They believe that because he smokes marijuana, he wants to wear the mask with a hookah. Since then, Saadiq Teague has been accused of four criminal possession of weapons and criminal use of drug equipment.

The video on Saadiq Teague’s Instagram page showed him walking around New York with the top of his gun out of his backpack, according to WNBC. The video also showed that he and his friend splashed water at a sleeping man on the subway and slapped another person who delayed while holding the overhead belt of a subway car.

Saadiq Teague’s father, Andrew Teague, 43, was killed in Ohio in early March during a freeway conflict with police.
