Mr Walker’s phone was turned off between 11:23 BST and 12:54 on July 18, and that “the prosecution says he killed Bea in that hour and a half”.
He said the first call, which took nine minutes, was to Ms. Walker.
“The only logical conclusion that can be drawn from this phone call is that Scott Walker told his wife that he killed Bernadette and that he needed your help immediately to cover up Bea’s disappearance and death, giving them both time to figure out what happened.
