According to Deseret News, Jeopardy! While competing in, Alex Trebek named him “Billy Buzzsaw” for his “ability to overcome his opponent”.

According to Deseret News, in an interview, Smith described Trebek as the “fulcrum” for him.

According to his obituary, Smith passed away in Las Vegas on February 5, 2021. Currently, no cause of death has been announced. However, Smith’s mother wrote in a tweet that Brayden passed away “unexpectedly”.
