Brittney Gilliam (Black Family Arrested Video)
The video was filmed by an audience on Sunday, August 2, Jennifer Wurtz showing children aged 6 to 17 years old in a parking garage in Aurora, where recently 23 years of death have been protested. KUSA-TV reported elderly black man Ilyas McClain, who was stopped by police last year.

In the video, the 17-year-old and 12-year-old stomachs are cuffed from the back of their hands, and a 14-year-old girl is a car park next to the car above their stomachs. The officers cried and screamed while their backs were looking at the camera. A woman on the other side of the car has been shown to be handcuffed.
An officer eventually helps 17-year-olds and 12-year-olds sit in handcuffs, but leaves their hands behind their backs.
Aurora PD later determined that they stopped the wrong car. There were Colorado license plates, but a motorcycle with the same license plate number from Montana was reportedly stolen on Sunday.
Driver Brittney Gilliam, who took her nephews, sister and daughter out in the nail salon for a girl’s day, described the officers’ actions as police brutality.
- “Why is there no excuse for not addressing it differently,” Gilliam said. You can even “take a step” to them, let me ask your mother or aunt a few questions so that we can solve this problem. “There were different ways to handle this.”
Jennifer Wurtz said on the camera that police pulled a gun initially when approaching the car. After telling the officers that the children were afraid and wanted them to talk to them, they were told to support 25 feet because they interfered with their investigation.
