An 18-year-old Chicago man is accused of sexually harassing a child after police said he harassed a 7-year-old on an online learning forum. Catrell Walls, located in the east 89th row, 200 blocks, is charged with a felony crime of sexual assault on a victim under the age of 13.

Walls was arrested immediately after 3:30 pm. After the police reported on Thursday “as one of the offenders who were observed through an online forum and engaged in sexual intercourse with a 7-year-old female victim”.

Police said Walls engaged in sexual acts with the girl around 1:30 pm via an online learning app. Police intervened in the house and detained Walls. The girl was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital.
