According to Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, 28-year-old Travis Garrett was naked and was throwing cookies at his neighbors from outside his home.
After the Chronister escaped from his proxies with his car, he “the car as fast as he could” went to the nearby Lumsden Road and “intentionally” crashed into the driver’s side of the LaVigne cruiser.
LaVigne was unresponsive at the scene. He was taken to the Tampa General Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
