In 2017, Olien released SuperLife: 5 Simple Fixes That Will Make You Healthy, Fit and Forever Awesome (a book that Efron likes to fall at the beginning of each episode). The book uses what Olien calls “life forces” (quality nutrition, hydration, detoxification, oxygenation and alkalization) to create a lifestyle that can determine whether a person is healthy and whether they can fight a disease. The book also includes recipes, a user manual for lifestyle, and how to effectively take some supplements.
