Police said Singh and his comrades were among the left-wing, anti-police protesters in the West Village, clashing with police, throwing litter on fire and screaming at restaurants outside. He was among the 57 people arrested in New York on Wednesday night after shouting “Damn fascist” to a NYPD officer and spitting in his face.

On his deleted Instagram account, he proudly posted a photo of his arrest in New York on September 18, “I’m so crazy… the probes behind me (white shirt) Deputy Inspector Elias J. Nikas AKA writes. Little Dick Nik. ”
