Stansell’s father, Paul Stansell, took it to Facebook shortly after his son’s arrest and wrote “Please pray for my family.” When asked what happened in the comments section, Paul Stansell replied, “The devil is attacking my family.”
Paul Stansell is the church’s director of ABA Disaster Relief, according to the website of the Westwood Missionary Baptist Church in Winterhaven, Florida.
Stansell’s mother also works in the church’s disaster relief program.

Stansell has been accused of intentionally crushing a woman in Polk City. Investigators believe Stansell and his three friends went home to “settle” an ongoing conflict that has been described as “romantic in nature”.
The four knocked on the victim’s door and physically attacked him. Investigators say the attack continued at the victim’s home. At one point, the victim’s mother returned home. Investigators say the mother followed suspects into their minibus and started taking pictures of the vehicle.
“Although there was enough room for the van to maneuver around it while standing on the highway, Stansell deliberately hit him before he escaped the scene, then came upon him,” the statement said. Investigators say the assault and surveillance footage has numerous eyewitnesses.
It is said that the mother is in “very critical condition” in the hospital.

Stansell was arrested and held in Polk County Prison. Regarding the crime, Sheriff Grady Judd said: “This is a coordinated, planned attack of a group of young people who beat up a teenager and then hit his mother and left him to die. I can’t even understand that young people are doing such a disgusting thing. Our prayers are with this family. ”
Stansell has been charged three times with attempted murder, assault and theft, and three times contributing to the guilt of a 15-year-old minor, immoral and lustful battery.
