“Here’s the terrible moment when protesters walked into the building from the first floor and out of the Senate room,” he wrote on Twitter.
Wilson detailed the action in the video.

The video shows the officer holding the crowd lower before retreating after the Senate chamber was evacuated.

Five People died including a USCP Police officer
After the riots in the Capitol Building, 5 people died, including police officer Brian Sicknick, who was shot with a fire extinguisher and later died in the hospital. The other four, Kevin Greeson, 55, Benjamin Phillips, 50, Rosanne Boyland, from Kennesaw, Georgia, and Air Force Vet Ashli Babbitt, 35, who were shot by the Capitol Police, reportedly passed away due to medical conditions that are not detailed.
The White House made a statement after the news, mourning Babbitt’s death.
“The White House is mourning the loss of life yesterday and giving sympathy to their families and loved ones,” Press Minister Judd Deere said. “We also continue to pray for the speedy recovery of those injured.”
