They said on Twitter: “Today 23-year-old Ricky Hawk was arrested for the murder of his cousin Frederick Rooks, 34.

“On January 21, the DeKalb County Police Department investigated Rooks death after he was found shot in Deep Shoals Circle.

“Hawk is in the DeKalb County Jail on a murder charge. #WeAreDKPD “.

TMZ reports that: “Cops say they found Rooks shot to death inside a home on Jan. 21 … and 8 bullet casings were reportedly found at the scene.” They added: “Cops say they still don’t have a clear motive behind the shooting.”
