The Rutherford County Sheriff’s sergeant, church members, and grocery store customers said he heard a truck driver’s voice similar to the one heard before the explosion in Nashville on Sunday.
Because of these actions, 33-year-old driver James Turgeon on Holly Grove Road, near Murfreesboro, was charged Sunday night by Sheriff’s Detective Joseph Duncan of two crimes with a false report and once falsifying evidence.

Detective Sgt. Steve Craig said the patrol officers answered the call of the driver who was playing the voice loudly outside of Crossroads Market in Walter Hill.
“During the investigation it turned out that Turgeon made a similar announcement while in church service at the Kings Chapel Independent Missionary Baptist Church in Jefferson Pike and at Dunaway Chapel Road,” Craig said.
The Sheriff’s aides from Wilson and Rutherford County and the Tennessee Highway Patrol stopped Turgeon driving in Wilson County. He was detained for questioning.
Lieutenant Bill Miller of the Tennessee Highway Patrol said THP’s Special Operations Unit used a robot to control the truck. “No device was detected,” Miller said.

Craig said detectives had deliberately damaged Turgeon’s speaker system wiring and tampered with the burden of evidence.
Turgeon is held in $ 500,000 bonds.
