Kelly S. hayes is an American-American woman suspected of being accused of arson and property charges for shooting her ex-boyfriend’s car in the city on July 21.
The viral video shows a woman in a black hooded sweatshirt and a face mask pouring something out of the red gas canister into the rear window of a black Jeep Cherokee. He then uses a gaslighter, whose arm extends into the car to ignite the liquid. He turned back, hit the parked vehicle next to the jeep, but managed to crawl from the jeep. The video continues for more than 30 seconds and shows that the jeep is left in flames. Police said the car was left in flames when firefighters arrived. The car is considered a total loss.

Hayes was arrested because his ex-boyfriend smashed car windows and set them on fire. A witness told officers that Hayes was armed with a baseball ridge and broke the windows of the car before wetting it with gasoline and setting it on fire.
Arson and property are charged with criminal damage.
