He played his first season at Marshalltown Community College before moving to Missouri State. According to multiple reports, Kolton Gonnerman died after a single vehicle overturn on Friday night and was confirmed by Centerville Community Schools District in Iowa.

Gonnerman graduated from Centerville High School in 2014. Gonnerman, as a veteran, won Class 3A all-state third-team honors from the Iowa Newspaper Association and gained a 7-0 speed with 1.17 ERA as the ace of ace for Big Reds. At the South Central Conference, he made an excellent 19-0 record and climbed to the 3rd grade lower tier finals of head coach Bill Huisman in the 38th and final season.

Gonnerman played baseball at Marshalltown Community College, making five starts in 11 games for Tigers in 2015. The first grader, Gonnerman, broke the record 3-2 and hit 31 doughs in 29.1 innings and achieved a working average of 3.07 won. Gonnerman was appointed to the NJCAA All Region XI Honorable Mention team for his efforts and eventually signed with Missouri State University to end his college baseball career.
Kolton Gonnerman Died in Crash
Gonnerman was the driver and owner of the 2008 Chevrolet van heading west on Highway 2. The preliminary investigation shows Gonnerman lost his pickup control while negotiating a curve. The vehicle left the road on the north side and rolled before stopping in a ditch.
Seymour’s 25-year-old Thatcher Carel was a passenger in the car. Carel was seriously injured in the accident and was later transferred to MercyOne Hospital in Centerville before being taken to the Des Moines hospital by ambulance.
