Louise Giles Hanged Herself
While watching the investigation at the Berkshire Coroner’s Court in Reading, they were three children with her husband David Giles and mother Liz Towner.
They were shocked to hear that Louise had secretly visited the GP a week before her death and was diagnosed with depression.
Mr. Giles said, ‘We didn’t know about the condition, we didn’t know anything about going to the GP. All neighbors, friends and family members thought he was normal.
We went ice skating the Sunday before his death, I didn’t notice any difference in him. I was with him all the time, the only time I wasn’t there I was at work. We spent every evening and weekends together. ‘
The trial was told that it was a normal Thursday morning for the Giles family when her husband David was taking their little children to school before going to work and wished his wife Louise a good day.
However, after dozens of missed calls from different family members, the husband became worried and asked neighbor Ashley Harris to check on Louise and found her body.
After her body was discovered, members of her devastated family, including her birthday daughter, desperately left the house to say goodbye.
Neighbors and extended family began to arrive, and eventually, 30-40 people were outside the house at Carron Close, Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire.
Pathologist Fawaz Musa confirmed that Louise died of hanging on January 30 this year and died at 10:05 PM.
Police downloaded data from his cell phone and found numerous Google searches about the suicide committed before his tragic death.
