McLean Stevenson Death: and Cause of Death
On February 15, 1996, McLean Stevenson died of non-communicable disease. At the time of his death, he was 69 years old. At the time of his death he survived by his large extended friends and family.
Stevenson was recovering from bladder cancer surgery at the Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center on February 15, 1996, when he suffered a sudden fatal heart attack. He is interred in Forest Lawn – Hollywood Hills Cemetery in Los Angeles.
Coincidentally, Roger Bowen, who portrayed Henry Blake in the 1970 movie MASH, died from a heart attack the day after Stevenson’s death.
