Miske and two other defendants, John Stancil and Kaulana Freitas, are accused of releasing chemical weapons, chloropicrin, a herbicide or insecticide, at nightclubs in Honolulu.
Miske is the co-owner of M Nightclub, which closed in November 2016. The club was reopened as Encore, but closed again.
