Police later found Dylan dead at his family home in Cumberland Park, Acton, west London. Neighbors said that the teenager had to use a wheelchair, had some disabilities and could not speak. Ms. Freeman has previously supported Cerebral Palsy and autism causes online.

Mr. Shukla, 25, living in Acton, West London, said: “He had too many disabilities, could not speak, and was prone to sudden outbursts when he started kicking his arms and legs and throwing things around him.”

“My job involved taking Olga to the park for a few hours so she could have some time for herself. I only did this three or four times, but that was too much for me so I had to tell her that I couldn’t go on. I found it too stressful for her. I couldn’t imagine what it was like.

“I only saw him last week and he looked really exhausted and tired.”

Another neighbor living across from the crime scene said he would often see a little boy leaving the property in a specially adapted van.

“I don’t know who the family was, but if the little boy was who I was thinking, I saw him being taken to school in a specially adapted van with his wheelchair,” said Gillian Fisher, 34.

Reverend Nick Jones, 61, president of Acton, who lives in Cumberland Park, said the news about the boy’s death was ‘devastating’.

‘I’m still shaking a little, that’s sad,’ he said.

Another neighbor said he was “in shock” and that police cars and a private ambulance arrived at the scene around 2.30 pm on Sunday.

The closest relatives have been informed and detectives from Expert Crime are investigating.

An autopsy examination will be arranged on time.
