A Kentucky mother was sentenced to 25 years in prison on Thursday for producing child pornography involving children under 9 months, according to the US Department of Kentucky Chief Prosecutor’s Report.
Cagle also said that he shared these videos with other people via Dropbox and admitted that they had more child porn images than girls aged 4-13.
Cagle’s appeal agreement said a third party informed the authorities about getting pornographic images from Cagle on March 1, 2019. He was charged in April of the same year.

According to a possible cause statement filed in the case, the third party was a friend of an old Cagle who knew him while living in Missouri and was under investigation to get child pornography. He told investigators that he had received content from Cagle, who lived in Kentucky until then.

Affidavit says that from 9 months of age to 1 1/2 years old, the child is his own daughter. He also told the investigators that he had been abused as a child and had been watching child porn since childhood and wanted to stop.

According to the U.S. Law Firm, Cagle should serve 85 percent of his sentence (21 years and 3 months) and will be lifelong supervision.

“The child pornography production of the accused was particularly disgusting, and the sentence was confirmed by the facts of this case,” said Robert M. Duncan, a US attorney for the Kentucky East Region.

Under federal law, Cagle must serve 85 percent of his prison sentence and will be under the supervision of the US Probation Office for life after he leaves prison.
