According to the newspaper, authorities claimed that Silva was using the other person’s identity through the app when a store employee said someone was using the name “Mike” to use another man’s app.
The police went to the restaurant and found Silva in a car near the restaurant.

Video that captured the explosion appeared. Emily Tencer, a journalist at KETV, wrote to Twitter with the above video: “A witness just sent me this video. He catches a car fire and explosion on Sonic Drive Thru. This is Sonic in Bellevue just outside Cornhusker. ”
The videos showed a vehicle, a U-Haul, on fire at that location. According to KETV, “the original caller voices are worried after seeing wires and pipes coming off the U-Haul truck.”

KETV reported that at least one person was in critical condition. Bellevue is a community of about 50,000 people.
A man told McLoon he heard multiple “pops” as he walked toward the restaurant. His first thought was gunshots. “It wasn’t real loud,” he said. “It was like pop, pop, pop.” The man went inside and sat down at a table and then he saw a fire outside the window.

According to KETV, a vehicle was on fire and a SWAT team was gathering on Sonic. Reports started around 21:30, but many details are still unclear.
The television station reported seeing six ambulances at the scene.
The reports came two days after a man opened fire at a popular shopping mall in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, injuring eight people. This man was unidentified and free. In this incident, the police said the armed conflict was not random and was caused by an argument, although they were not more specific about the nature of it.
There was a huge law enforcement backlash on the Bellevue scene. According to Omaha.com, at least 20 law enforcement vehicles intervened on the scene.
