Colon says his relationship with Gomez-Mulett (44) started as a business. She hired her to look after her old mother first. She then married her in order to get a green card and become a citizen.
On February 20, Gomez-Mulett was reported missing. His family told Boynton Beach Police detectives that they hadn’t heard from him in two days. In addition to possible reasoning, his children told the police that they talk to him every day. And they worried that something happened to him.
Colon was identified as her husband and questioned upon her disappearance. She says the relationship is all business. She also believes MaryStella robbed her. He adds that they had a conflict and he fired him. Finally, she left her home and when she returned, MaryStella was long gone.
Later, MaryStella was found dead after disappointment. Moreover, his body was found in Colon’s backyard. This is after he denied the murder and told the police that “he was swimming with the fish”.
On his last day, he was on the phone with a friend on his way to Colon’s house. The friend says Gomez-Mulett told him he was going to Colon’s house.
The witness told the detectives that Gomez-Mullet had yelled at Roberto. However, the call was disconnected before I could hear anything else. He believes Colon may have attacked Gomez-Mulett as soon as he got home. also tried several times but said the calls went directly to voicemail.
Another witness that the investigators interviewed a “source of information”. He says that during an argument in January, Colon threatened to drown him and bury him in his backyard.
In addition to this, he said that he was with Colon while talking to Gomez-Mulett on the phone several times. After one of these calls, “Colon said he wanted to kill Gomez-Mulett and bury him in his backyard.”

On March 5, Colon was arrested. During this time, “There’s something they can’t do. They can’t tell what his name is, Humpty Dumpty is back together.”
Investigators found a larger amount of blood in the workshop area of Colon’s house. Again Colon claimed he had “never noticed the blood before.”
On February 26, detectives concluded that the blood in the workshop was human, and returned home. He describes his workshop as a “slaughterhouse”. It was also found with large quantities of cannabis. Recently, during their search, they found human remains in the courtyard.
Colon was charged with intentional first-degree murder and two drug charges. Moreover, the bond was denied. A public lawyer was appointed to represent Colon, and his next hearing was scheduled for April 5th. And the judge said, “He ordered the mental health unit to conduct a serious investigation of the defendant.
