Teah Vincent Wiki – Teah Vincent Biography
A court announced this week that a British mother said Teah Vincent had sex after taking her home after watching her 14-year-old play football with her boyfriend.
Teah Vincent admitted to having sex with the young man at his home in Woolaston, near Lydney, Gloucestershire.
A mother of three today cried uncontrollably when she was approved by the jury for having sex with a boy who knew she was only 14 years old.
However, the 32-year-old court, who had three children of primary school age, said he believed the boy was over 16.
Teah Vincent Reportedly Had S*x With Boy
The court heard that the boy and a 14-year-old friend were playing football near his home and invited them for soft drinks.
He then allegedly took one of the kids upstairs to his bedroom, stripped him naked and pulled him into his bed on which he was sitting.
Today, a jury of eight men and four women did not find him guilty of intentional sex with a minor on October 21, 2018.
After the verdict, he posted a photo of him taken while celebrating outside the court. In the post he said: ‘Not guilty. Thank you to everyone who stood behind me and believed it was the most difficult two years of my life.
“Welcome 2021 for me and my children,” he added.
The verdict was made after he retired for an hour and four minutes at the end of a four-day trial in Gloucester Crown Court.
In the flood of tears, Judge Ian Lawrie was discharged by QC.
The verdict comes after the late evidence revealed in yesterday’s case regarding the fake date of birth the boy gave on his Facebook profile.
Defense attorneys uncovered evidence that had been admitted yesterday before Judge Lawrie was decided to be admissible and put before a jury.
Prosecutor Christopher Smyth told the jury that “many issues were raised about the victim’s Facebook profile during the trial.”
He showed a screenshot showing the alleged victim’s profile and date of birth as 2000, making him look much older than his chronological age.
The young witness was summoned to the stand and announced that he entered the fake date of birth after being given a new phone for his 13th birthday.
She said she got a phone call a week before her birthday, so she said, ‘I put an incorrect birth date because you must be 13 years old to access Facebook. This was because I wanted immediate access to games and other stuff.
“I chose 2000 because 2001 or 2003 were” disorganized “. I forgot to change it when I grew up. I use Facebook very little since I mostly use it for games.
I could have waited six days before I was 13 to sign up for Facebook, but for Facebook’s purposes, I chose 16 to be almost 17. ‘
He was stuck about telling Vincent how old he was: ‘I definitely didn’t tell him I turned 17 at 16.’
During her statement to the jury yesterday, Mrs Vincent said: ‘I’m sure she told me she was 16 and I felt she looked much older. It did not occur to me that he was a minor.
“He certainly didn’t tell me he was in the 9th grade or that he was 14 before we had sex.”
Defense attorney Catherine Flint said in her last speech to the jury before retiring to consider her decisions: ‘You heard a lot about Mrs. Vincent’s behavior that Sunday.
You may have formed an opinion that his behavior is morally questionable.
However, your role is not to make moral judgments, but to decide whether he is breaking the law.
Are you sure she was 14 years old before she had sex, or did she lie about her age?
You’ll have a hard time finding a young teenager who doesn’t want him to be a few years older.
It seems that Miss Vincent had some kind of admiration from this group of children.
In his summary to the jury before retiring to consider his decisions, Judge Ian Lawrie QC told them: ‘The issues in the case are clear. The question of the age of the child comes.
The victim was a young virgin and much older than her, more than twice her age. Miss Vincent took the lead sexually.
Vincent said the boy had flirted with him before he was taken upstairs to his bedroom. This may seem like adding to her credibility, as she is naive in sexual matters.
Miss Vincent had never met the boy before, but had seen friends who were much older than him. He said he believed he was much older.
