Dynarski appeared in the television series Mission: Impossible twice, once as Sgt. Guard in the 1966 episode Memory and as Kutler in the 1967 episode The Bank. In 1971, Duel– Dynarski had a small role as a trucker in a café. In Command & Conquer: Red Alert: Dynarski plays an important supporting role as Soviet Prime Minister Joseph Stalin, appearing throughout much of the game’s Soviet campaign and, to a lesser extent, the Allied campaign. In the 1974 movie Earthquake: Dynarski plays Fred, a Mulholland Dam worker who becomes the first fatality from the disaster.

Dynarski may be most famous for his role as Izzy Mandelbaum Jr. in Seinfeld. In 1997, she played the character in two episodes, The English Patient and The Blood.
