Emily Frances is the wife of Troy Sneed, she was an American gospel musician. He began his musical career in 1999 with the release of Call Jesus from Malaco Records. Their second album, Bless That Wonderful Name, was released by Savoy Records in 2001. The third album, A State of Worship, was released by their own record label Emtro Gospel Records in 2005, in which the rest would be released by that label.
Sneed and his wife, Emily, met in the Florida A&M choir. They celebrated their wedding in 1993. Along with his wife, Emily, he directed two record labels, Emtro Records and T-Sneed Records. Sneed told Deep Roots in May 2013 that he met his wife in the Florida A&M choir. After the label’s founding, Sneed’s solo music production slowed until the 2010 release, My Heart Says “Yes!” Her last Facebook post was on March 25, 2020, which read: “My husband doing the challenge” He has everyone “! Sneed released his first solo album, Call Jesus, in 1999. Before that, Sneed sang with Georgia Mass Choir. Sneed had been seen as the choir director while performing with his college choir during an event in Los Angeles. Sneed’s second album, Bless That Wonderful Name, came out in 2001. Sneed followed with, A State of Worship. That album was the first by Sneed to appear on the Billboard gospel charts. Sneed died on April 27, 2020 due to complications from contracting Covid-19. His death was confirmed by his friend, radio personality KD Bowe. Bowe wrote in an Instagram post on April 27: “I don’t know how to understand this. I’m not okay, man. Covid19 sucks. Will you pray for Emily and the kids? Please? RIH, King. Or walk around … all day. #RIPTroySneed. “
