Named Flexing Mike, he sent terrified shoppers to flee before the armed police moved in and arrested him. The CEO of Truth or Dare Records, yelled wildly from his upstairs apartment, the man filmed himself shooting inside his home before heading out onto his private catwalk. Shoppers and pedestrians below took cover as the gunman patrolled his balcony.

A second Instagram clip shows the man, with what looks like a gun in his hand, waving the camera, where other weapons can be seen on the bed. Another video shows the man again shooting into the sky from a balcony, while repeatedly yelling “call the police.” In another clip taken from Instagram, various weapons can be seen on a bed, before the man steps out onto the balcony and yells, “Call the police” multiple times. An Instagram story from the same account shows a man filming from the balcony, where you can see several police cars surrounding the building, before shouting: “Why are you afraid, come, come, come?”
Flexing Mike Arrested
Armed officers from Kent Police and helicopter a helicopter raced to Chatham Dockside as the suspect filmed himself shouting out Tupac lyrics while he pulled the trigger, saying: ‘I see them, they run.’
A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of firearms offenses and four suspected imitation firearms have been found, police confirmed.

It came after a man was seen on a balcony on a top floor in the area, and locals said a man with up to four weapons was seen shooting at passersby. A Kent Police spokesman said: ‘Kent police were called at 8.35am Wednesday morning due to a disturbance in a flat on Dock Head Road, Chatham. Members of the public reported seeing a man on the balcony with weapons and patrols, including armed officers, attended the scene. ‘The police helicopter was also deployed and a 30-year-old man has now been arrested on suspicion of firearm crime. “The patrols remain at the location where officers have located four suspected imitation firearms as part of their investigations.”
