Wayne Tindell Body Found
Blue Springs police had reported that the body of Wayne Tindell, 65, was found Sunday afternoon in his motorhome parked near a Walmart store.
Police Investigation
Police said Hernandez has denied shooting Tindell, but investigators said she had a handgun and Tindell’s cellphone and credit card in her possession when she was arrested.
Prosecutors have Hernandez be held on a $300,000 cash bond.
