Court records show that last Sunday, he allegedly attempted to kidnap the mother of his children from a Topgolf parking lot on the west side of Houston. The woman was there attending a work event. Records show that the two arrived a few blocks away, where he told Henderson that they had called the police and that his mother was coming. That made Henderson let her go. That alleged assault is the reason why a Henderson arrest warrant was issued. On Wednesday morning, ABC13 found the woman, as well as her mother. “(The police) have been here all night,” said Shelia Johnson, the maternal grandmother of Henderson’s two children. “What can we tell them? We can’t tell them anything, we don’t know anything.” Records obtained by ABC13 also show Henderson with pending charges in Harris, Montgomery, and Galveston counties.
He seems to be proud of his several arrests, recording his own release of the Harris County Jail a few months ago and posting it on his Instagram page. He also posted his own police photos on his page, and presented several parts of his alleged criminal history in his rap videos uploaded to YouTube. Henderson faces a serious murder charge. That could turn into capital murder, depending on their intention, detectives said. Through the Fallen Heroes Project of Crime Stoppers, a reward of up to $ 20,000 in total was offered for information leading to Henderson.
Kaila Sullivan, was attempting to arrest Henderson
Sergeant Kaila Sullivan, 43, was trying to arrest Henderson, whom they were looking for with arrest warrants when she was hit and killed by her vehicle. According to the police department in the Clear Lake area, Sullivan was one of the officers who drove the traffic stop at an apartment complex in the 2000 block of San Sebastian Court around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Henderson was wanted by an arrest warrant against a member of the Harris County family, police said. While trying to arrest him, police said he fought with the officers and was able to break free, re-enter the vehicle and hit Sullivan as he drove away. Sullivan was taken to HCA Clear Lake Hospital by ambulance, where she died. According to Nassau Bay police chief Tim Cromie, Sullivan would have celebrated his 16th anniversary working in the Nassau Bay Police Department.
“This a nightmare scenario for our city. (It’s the) first time an officer has ever been seriously injured, much less killed, in the line of duty,” said Nassau Bay Mayor Mark Denman.
