Tiffany McMillan was Miss Morgan State University during the 1992-93 period. On the 25th anniversary of her reign in 2017, Tiffany Mfume, a student and assistant vice president of student success and retention, summed up her time as a student on campus.Mfume’s role as Miss Morgan was to serve as a representative for the University’s students. In this role, Mfume carried the title and image of the University with great respect in academic and personal appearances.
