The police determined that the suspect was 34-year-old Zanini Cineus, who previously lived in Brockton and is now homeless. “In addition, Mr. Cineus had several active arrest warrants outside of Wrentham District Court, stemming from the events that took place in Foxboro, MA, late last year,” a statement was read from Brookline Police.

In Brookline, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston, a homeless man broke into the home of Tampa Bay Buccaneers playmaker Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele B√ľndchen. Police say that 34-year-old Zanini Cineus was arrested Monday morning.

Officers said they answered a radio call at a residential alarm at 112 Woodland Road at 5:55 am this morning. This was the home of Brady and B√ľndchen, who offered the house for sale shortly before Brady, the longtime playmaker of the New England Patriots, joined Bucs. The couple moved to Florida months ago.

“Our Public Security Officers informed the responding units that multiple alarms were activated and they were watching an issue with a camera,” the police said. “When they arrive at the police units, send out updated police units that the issue is currently sitting on a sofa in the basement.”

Police said they were given an access code and entered the property where they found Cineus still on the sofa in the basement.

The accused is charged with night-time criminal record, attempted theft and trespassing.

“He will probably be tried at the Brookline District Court later today,” the officials said.

Cineus, formerly of Brockton, Massachusetts, is now described as homeless. It is not clear whether he has a lawyer on this issue. He was already in legal trouble with law enforcement agencies elsewhere in the state. Police said they are facing active arrest warrants for the 2019 events in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
