Former Florida and Jaguar linebacker Telvin Smith was arrested and charged with illegal sexual activity with certain minors, according to the Duval County Jail website. According to the Duval County Jail website, Smith’s bond has been set at $ 50,003. It was booked at 5:20 p.m. EST, but as of this writing, had not completed the admission process.

Police Investigation
This is not the first time that authorities have visited the home of Smith’s Queen’s Harbor. On November 27, 2019, police were called to the home, located at 782 Shipwatch Dr. E, regarding a suspicious person. At least a dozen police cars were on the scene, and a car was towed away from the property. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office later revealed that a search warrant had been filed that night at the home. No arrests were made, but the investigation was ongoing. No other public documentation of an arrest has followed in the following months.
